A woodcut illustration from Trailokyanath Muhopadhyay's Kankabati, an adaptation of Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass. This image takes its inspiration from Tenniel's rendering of the Jabberwocky and depicts an indigenous type of monster, kokkhosh.
